WE WELCOME THIS GEORGOUS LITTLE GIRL INTO OUR LIVES AND ARE EVEN MORE DELIGHTED THAT WITH HER COMES A WONDERFUL FRIENDSHIP WITH HER VERY CLEVER BREEDERS - FIONA AND BARRY!!!
19th July 2008
Double Header held by NACA saw our little lady Eilish blitz the group again with Baby Puppy in group in both rings! The judges were Ms L Buckley ACT and Mr P Primrose WA.
The state finals were held for the Pal Pedigree Junior Handlers competition on the same night. This final was actually only Daemon's 6th time in the show ring, and we thought he did a stellar job. Andrew and I are extremely proud of his 3rd place!
A BIG congrats to all the kids who competed..they did themselves proud!
21st June 2008
2 double header shows were held here with the Judges being Mr and Mrs Bowe (NSW) Kouta took Best of Breed in both rings and a Runner Up in Group under Mr Bowe. Eilish made her debut in Darwin with Baby Puppy in Group in both rings! We had a lovely night, with family friends there to cheer us on and having the pleasure of meeting Helen and Tony Den Harthog who showed their lovely Linwest girl.
Things are also a little quiet here in the Fidler household at the moment with Sara having a visit with her other parent's (her breeders) Justin and Suzanne. We know she is having a ball having just returned from QLD with them where she watched her brother and her dad do extremely well in the ring (Sara wasnt shown as she was holidaying not working LOL)!!
2nd June 08
What a weekend I just had!!! I (Rachel) had a fantastic time in Melbourne VIC (although WAY too short) with Fiona and Barry from Brohez, and got to attend the Box Hill & District Kennel Club Show. It was wonderful to finally see some of the exceptional Staffy's in the flesh Andrew and I had admired from afar so often on Dogzonline. Well done to all the winners and place getters - and a BIG THANK YOU to all who made me feel welcome!! - Regards, Rachel
10th May

18th April 2008
The lovely "Dry Season" is upon us now, and will see us heading into the busy show times for Darwin. Along with the shows here in the Territory, we are excited to say we have some busy and VERY exciting times ahead. One of our biggest highlights will see us head down to visit our good friends in Victoria, Fiona and Barry - Brohez Staffords, and attend a show with them.
We are very proud to say that one of the most prestigious competitions here in the Territory (taking place in August) is the "Battle of the Greats and Contest of the Rising Stars"; all of our "show crew" have qualified to enter (Maisy also qualified but will not compete as she is no longer with us)!!
The biggest news to date would have to be the upcoming arrival of our newest edition to the Dekadance clan...watch this space for her debut!! She will be campaigned throughout the NT, SA, WA and VIC in the upcomming year, with her first specialty attended, being held in SA in October.
Daemon is coming along in leaps and bounds in the Pal Pedigree Junior Handler stakes and is eager to keep his "eye on the prize"- We are so greatful to Brianna Tennyenhuis of Herstellener Golden's for taking him under her wing and teaching him all she has (Brianna was the Senior NT finalist for 2007)!
5th April 2008
A BIG thankyou to Di and Brianna of Herstellener Kennels for allowing Daemon to handle the Beautiful "Billy" for Junior Handlers. Not only did he come out on top Daemon is proud to say he "warmed Billy up" for BEST IN SHOW :) - Ch Goldtreve Wild N Wilful - Tennyenhuis' Golden Retriever - YEAH!!! Go Di and Bri!!
15th March 2008
Darwin All Breeds Kennel Club - a night with some great wins:
Kouta took Junior of Breed, Dog Challenge, Best of Breed and Runner Up in group (Junior in Group automatically)
Lady came out to play and took Intermediate of Breed, Runner up Bitch Challenge and Intermediate of Group
Sara took Bitch Challenge and Best of Breed - she was a little bit naughty on the night, but that didnt stop the judge from calling her "EXQUISITE"..way to go Sar'sa!!!
The star of the night was Daemon though..for his first Junior Handling experience in Darwin, and first Pal Pedigree heat. Daemon won JUNIOR HANDLER!!! Well done mate!!!
